At SMX123, we strive to ensure every school enjoys the best experience with our platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.

1) Subscription Payment Terms
Schools pay in advance for annual access to SMX123 based on their selected plan.
Subscription fees cover access to all included features, updates, and dedicated support for the paid period.

2) Free Tier Policy
Schools on our Free Forever Plan (0–50 students) can cancel at any time without any charge.

3) Paid Plan Cancellations
Schools on paid plans (51+ students) may cancel their subscription by contacting us at [insert support email].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to SMX123 features continues until the subscription period expires.

4) Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscriptions.
If you cancel within 30 days of purchase and are dissatisfied with SMX123, you can request a full refund. 
After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you will retain access until your subscription ends.

5) Exceptional Refunds
We may consider partial refunds or credits beyond 30 days in exceptional circumstances (e.g., platform failure preventing use), assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6) How to Request a Refund or Cancel
To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

Include your school name, registered email, and reason for cancellation or refund.
Our team will review and process your request within 5 business days.

7) Renewals & Auto-Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual cycle.
You will receive a reminder email at least 30 days before renewal.
To avoid automatic renewal, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.
